Job summary

Flywire seeks a highly experienced VP, Product Payments Experience & Customer Loyalty to define and lead the payer experience on the global payments platform. You will own checkout, pages, translations, and emails while shaping a long-term loyalty strategy to boost conversion and satisfaction.

Reporting to the Chief Payments Officer, you will build a high-performing global Product Management organization, drive modernization, and partner with engineering and analytics to deliver scalable,

Qualifications

• 15+ years of Product Management experience with at least 5 years in VP-level leadership.
• Extensive experience owning global consumer payment products or fintech platforms serving millions of users.
• Proven success improving payment conversion, customer engagement, and user experience across complex international ecosystems.
• Demonstrated experience building customer loyalty, retention, or recurring engagement programs within payments or fintech.
• Strong product strategy with modernization of large-scale platforms and consolidation of legacy products.
• Deep understanding of UX, localization, accessibility and customer-centric development.
• Experience partnering with engineering to deliver scalable payment platforms.
• Knowledge of regulated payment markets including international regions.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and strategy for every payer-facing payment experience across Flywire.
• Own Hosted Payment Pages, Checkout, payment flows, translations, notifications and UX.
• Establish global quality standards for consistent experiences across products and regions.
• Improve payment completion, conversion and customer satisfaction through optimization.
• Lead localization strategies across regulated global markets.
