Job summary

TransPerfect seeks a Vice President, Corporate Development to lead strategic acquisitions and related financial planning. Reporting to the COO and collaborating with the SVP, this role drives due diligence, valuation, integration planning, and performance management to create enterprise value.

The VP will partner with Finance, Legal, HR and global business units to accelerate scalable growth and ensure accretive outcomes across acquisitions.

Qualifications

• CPA required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Over 12 years in corporate development, M&A, or equivalent.
• Deep buy-side acquisitions and post‑acquisition integration expertise.
• Strong accounting knowledge and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end buy-side M&A execution including due diligence and deal processing.
• Develop financial models and structure transactions for capital efficiency.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and working capital adjustments.
• Present investment cases to the board and senior leadership.
• Oversee QoE assessments and post‑acquisition integration.
