Job summary

State Street is seeking a Liquidity Manager (Vice President) to optimise liquidity quality, execution performance, and traded volumes with a focus on Currenex. This client-facing, data-driven role owns the liquidity management component of the client relationship and collaborates with internal teams and liquidity providers to boost trading efficiency and platform growth.

The position emphasizes governance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve improvements in execution quality

Qualifications

Experience in FX markets and electronic trading.
Background in execution analytics and market microstructure.
Experience with FX trading platforms and liquidity solutions.

Responsibilities

Actively manage liquidity providers on the platform to adjust positions based on market conditions and performance.
Optimize liquidity by currency pair, trading stack, and execution type.
Monitor execution metrics such as fill rates, RTT, market impact.
Use data analysis to identify performance gaps and opportunities.
Support platform growth by improving liquidity quality and execution efficiency.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Technology to enable data initiatives.
Escalate risks or blockers to Liquidity Management leadership.
Ensure governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
