Citi is seeking a Full Stack Engineer (Java or Kotlin or Python) at VP level to join the Strategic Equity Solutions team. Hybrid work opportunities exist, with a strong emphasis on mentorship and continuous learning.

You will design and develop high-performance services, collaborate with business stakeholders, and own features end-to-end in a DevOps environment, enabling trader workflows with modern tech stacks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Kotlin, Java or Python.
• Experience with microservices and modern SDLC practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-performance software solutions from concept to production.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate requirements into technical specs.
• Produce clean, tested code and mentor others.
• Own the full software development lifecycle in a DevOps environment.
• Evaluate new technologies to keep solutions current while delivering business value.
