Greyhound is an emerging, research-driven growth equity firm founded on the belief that building enduring companies is one of the hardest challenges in business — and only a select few can achieve it. We specialize in identifying these exceptional companies as early as possible and earning the privilege to support them on their journey toward lasting greatness.

As one of the fastest-growing asset classes in private markets, there is an opportunity to build a world-class growth equity firm from the ground up. Our mission is to achieve market leading investment returns through a concentrated portfolio of enduring growth companies. Now investing from our third fund, we’re still in the early stages of our journey, but our vision is clear: to become the preferred partner for companies poised to compound their revenue, profits, and reputation over the long term.

With $1.4B in assets under management on behalf of institutional investors, non-profits, and individuals, we’ve already backed standout companies like Revolut, Guideline, Marqeta, Deliveroo, Brex, Toss, TravelPerk, N26, Weee!, Satispay, DriveWealth and Metronome.

OUR CULTURE AND OPERATING PRINCIPLES

Having studied what builds the most enduring companies, we firmly believe that the success of any business lies in the quality of its people and the firm’s culture. We employ this philosophy when partnering with talented entrepreneurs and equally when building our own business.

We challenge ourselves to set world-class standards and focus on creating meaningful, long-term impact rather than chasing short-term wins or personal recognition. In building our business, we prioritize depth over breadth, committing to doing a select few things exceptionally well and always striving for improvement—whether in ourselves, our team, or the value we deliver.

When faced with challenges, we take a thoughtful, analytical approach, looking beyond quick fixes to deeply understand the problems at hand. Our decisions are guided by data, first principles, and reason, as we build solutions designed to compound over time. We value direct and authentic communication, believing that candid dialogue leads to better decisions. Our teams remain lean and composed of carefully selected individuals who thrive together. By staying resourceful, executing with discipline and focus, we create lasting impact while avoiding wasted effort.
