Job summary

PJT Partners in London seeks a Vice President-level real estate professional to lead origination and fundraising for European funds and ventures. You will build relationships with investment managers, coordinate with global distribution bankers, and guide junior staff across complex transactions.

Required are 9+ years in real estate, a relevant degree, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is mandatory, with additional European languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 9+ years’ experience in real estate within private equity, institutional investor, investment consultant or investment bank.
• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance or Business Administration from a leading university.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple projects.
• Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Origination & Project Management: lead origination, due diligence and fundraising/execution of real estate funds and related structures.
• Build and manage relationships; maintain a market map of investment managers and platforms in Europe.
• Coordinate with distribution bankers globally to understand demand for European real estate products.
• Provide direction to a global team of junior staff (Associates/Analysts).
• Conduct due diligence on managers; prepare marketing materials, valuation models and transaction documents; address investor questions.
• Coordinate the overall fundraising process and timeline globally, including roadshow management.
• Distribution Support: assist distribution bankers as a subject matter expert on European real estate product; attend investor meetings and roadshows.
