Job summary

State Street invites a senior leader to drive end-to-end environment and data strategy across front-to-back platforms. The role requires steering multi-year programs, aligning regional teams, and delivering architecture documentation to executive stakeholders.

The candidate will manage client relationships, oversee global implementations, and contribute to business development while coordinating status reporting and governance across complex portfolios.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 15+ years in financial services front/middle/back office domains.
• Strong environment strategy and architecture design experience.
• Experience with data mining, ETL tools, and data visualization.
• Exposure to messaging, cloud platforms and EDMs.
• Experience with industry providers for platform interoperability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end environment and data strategy programs onboarding new clients to front-to-back platform.
• Direct regional and functional teams on workflow analysis and architecture.
• Create and deliver strategy documents, playbooks and data insights.
• Manage client relationships and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee multiple implementation lifecycles across global clients.
• Support business development through consultative client engagement.
• Provide status updates and program management reports.
