Job summary

State Street is seeking an E2E Environments & Global Batch Manager to define, implement, and govern end-to-end environment and batch management across complex client implementations. You will coordinate across Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and Client teams to ensure readiness, testing support, conversion planning, and go-live success.

Qualifications

• Experience in environment management, batch operations, platform operations, or enterprise technology programs.
• Strong understanding of testing lifecycles, release management, data conversion and operational readiness.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Excellent communication, organization and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive end-to-end environment and batch strategy aligned to program objectives.
• Lead readiness roadmaps, governance frameworks, and dependency models across deployments.
• Coordinate environment inventories, configurations, and connectivity requirements.
• Own end-to-end batch architecture, schedules, SLAs, and support models.
• Define conversion strategies, data seeding, and go-live readiness activities.
• Lead governance forums and communicate status, risks, and performance to stakeholders.
