Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in the United Kingdom seeks an Enterprise Enablement Lead within the Office of Regulation and Document Governance (ORDG) to scale governed data products and shared AI services across the firm.

You will translate data contracts, define standard consumption patterns, and drive adoption across platforms, partnering with data governance, product owners and technology teams to ensure safe, compliant AI consumption.

Qualifications

• Experience in data-product enablement or cross-consumer roles, ideally in regulated financial services.
• Experience defining enterprise data contracts — SLA design, versioning, deprecation, and change communication — with multiple consumer teams.
• Knowledge of data-consumption patterns (REST/GraphQL APIs, event streams, Data Mesh).

Responsibilities

• Reach across Firm and consuming platform teams to understand data-usage requirements and translate them into governed consumption patterns.
• Establish and own enterprise data contracts with SLAs, versioning and deprecation policies.
• Define and publish standard consumption patterns (APIs, Data Mesh products, event topics) and prevent embedded copies.
• Drive adoption of ORDG shared AI services across consuming applications and consolidate overlapping capabilities.
• Partner with Data Governance & Data Product Lead on lifecycle, quality gates and certification of consumer-facing products.
• Own consumer onboarding including integration, entitlement, contract sign-off, and post-go-live health.
• Maintain the shared-service catalogue and report adoption across platforms and contracts.
