Job summary

GBG Plc seeks a Senior VP of Engineering Enablement & Operations to lead a global team of 300 technology professionals, driving speed, consistency and excellence across engineering enablement. The role focuses on AI adoption, standards, and scalable operational systems to empower teams worldwide.

You will shape developer experience, define meaningful metrics, and partner with CTO and engineering leaders to embed AI-enabled tooling and practices that improve productivity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI adoption strategy across engineering teams.

• Own end-to-end developer experience for a global team.
• Define and track engineering health and throughput metrics.
