• Team Leadership: Lead and scale a 150+ person global engineering team, building a high-performance culture through strong leadership, mentoring, and technical inspiration.
• Multi-Product Portfolio Ownership: Oversee the development of AI-enabled solutions across multiple platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Executive Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite leaders, product management, and business executives to align AI initiatives with company goals and drive adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies.

• Highly curious and proactive in staying ahead of AI trends, with a passion for driving organizations to adopt and develop cutting-edge AI technologies.
• Strong background in cloud-based, high-availability systems and modern software development practices.
• Experience managing global engineering teams at scale (100+ people).
