Testing Site - JPMC seeks an experienced Vice President to lead Emerging Markets Product Control in a global trading environment. You will oversee daily BAU activities, guide front-office and risk teams, and drive automation and standardization across FX, fixed income, and related products.

You will design control frameworks, manage change, and report on risk and performance to senior management, shaping the control environment for high-stakes markets.

Formación

• Experience in Product Control, Finance, or related areas within investment banking.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of fixed income and FX products.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in project management, process improvement, or transformation initiatives.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and mentor the Emerging Markets Product Control team, ensuring effective execution of daily BAU activities and professional development of team members.
• Act as a key point of contact for Front Office, Market Risk, Finance, and other support functions, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement opportunities for automation, efficiency, and standardization, leveraging new technologies and best practices.
• Manage and deliver key projects to enhance product control processes, systems, and controls across all impacted products.
• Develop and execute change management strategies to support successful project delivery and adoption of new processes.
• Design and implement robust control frameworks to strengthen risk management and regulatory compliance across impacted products.
• Provide insight and analysis on business performance, control environment, and emerging risks to inform decision-making.
• Oversee the creation of project documentation, process maps, and training materials to support new initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and report on key milestones to senior management.
