Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced communicator to elevate internal communications for the Payments business, advising senior executives, shaping culture, and coordinating across regional teams. You will operate at strategic and tactical levels to deliver cohesive messaging for multiple leaders.

A key partner is the EMEA Head of External Communications, with regional communicators in APAC and LATAM, requiring strong collaboration in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of seven years recent experience in Marketing & Communications, preferably in Corporate Communications.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience.
• Superior verbal and written skills in English and Spanish; strong editing; web/digital savvy.
• Proven ability to lead, influence, and align across cross-functional teams, while interacting with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives.
• Commitment to maintaining the firm’s high standards related to risk, compliance and the Code of Conduct.
• High level of independence, energy and integrity, demonstrates respect for a diversity of opinions and styles, and accepts accountability and responsibility.
• Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive communications support for the Head of Payments, including messaging and crisis communications.
• Contribute content to intranet and newsletters.
• Collaborate with partners to drive regional content.
• Identify and report on key performance metrics.
• Manage communications projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with global internal communications teams to align goals.
• Ensure consistent communications across regions with Corporate Communications.
