Venatrix is partnering with a PE-backed enterprise technology business to recruit a VP of Sales EMEA. You will own the entire EMEA commercial operation, initially leading a team of 3–4 sales pros and building the function around you.
You will create a proactive outbound engine, drive new-logo revenue, expand wallet share, and develop a scalable sales infrastructure with CRM discipline. This role offers a path to Global CRO and equity-linked growth.
We’re partnered with a PE‑backed enterprise technology business going through a significant period of growth.
With a high 8‑figure revenue, 200+ employees and an international footprint across 20+ countries, they’re now looking for a VP of Sales EMEA to take ownership of the commercial function and help build the next phase of the business.
This isn’t a role where you’re inheriting a perfectly built sales machine. You’re being brought in to build it.
You’ll report directly to the CEO and join the Senior Leadership Team, with responsibility for the entire EMEA commercial operation.
You’ll initially lead a team of 3–4 sales professionals, with a clear mandate to build the function around you.
Your focus will be to:
The long‑term intention is for this person to become the company’s first Global Chief Revenue Officer.
This is not a title being dangled to get someone through the door.
Progression is linked to clearly defined commercial milestones, including:
The target is a year‑2–3 transition into Global CRO.
At that point, there is also some meaningful growth‑share/equity participation linked to revenue growth, gross margin and company valuation.
We’re open to two types of profile:
Someone who has already led enterprise sales teams and carried significant revenue responsibility, and is ready to take ownership of a larger EMEA mandate.
Someone already operating at VP/near‑CRO level who wants the opportunity to build something significant within a PE‑backed environment.
You’ll ideally have:
Oracle experience is essential. If you don’t have leadership experience in the Oracle ecosystem you won’t be considered.
But we’re particularly interested in builders.
Someone who has previously:
This is a particularly interesting opportunity for someone who wants to move beyond simply running sales numbers.
You’ll have:
The business has a strong technical proposition and a loyal enterprise customer base. The opportunity is to put the commercial infrastructure and growth engine around it.
