Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Vice President to join the Diversified Industries Corporates Team within Wholesale Credit Risk EMEA. You will cover Leveraged and Investment Grade clients across multiple sectors, delivering robust credit solutions while guiding risk management and strategic decisions.

You will negotiate across diverse products, lead due diligence, and mentor junior team members, shaping credit policies and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the firm.

Qualifications

• Sound credit skills and judgment; coordinate and lead credit processes.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; establish credibility with stakeholders.
• Demonstrate knowledge of transaction structures, documentation and banking products to lead deals.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and develop recommendations for new transaction approvals across loans, derivatives, trade and treasury products.
• Lead due diligence and credit analysis to assess counterparty creditworthiness and risk.
• Lead structuring and documentation negotiations for facilities, derivatives and other products.
• Coach and train Analysts and Associates on technical and professional skills.
• Manage ongoing credit risk portfolio by monitoring ratings, sector trends and client performance.
• Balance commercial and risk considerations in the Firm’s balance sheet.
• Develop and maintain relationships at senior levels with stakeholders across divisions and product teams.
• Understand and apply the Firm’s risk management policies with Regulators and Auditors.
