Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with experience delivering technical and/or operational change initiatives.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred for strategic data leadership.
• Strong knowledge of party/account reference data, data governance, and KYC controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management and analytics initiatives across Markets Operations.
• Drive reference data improvements and data quality across the program.
• Design and implement control operating models to reduce risk and improve efficiency.
• Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Run governance forums and deliver timely program updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CDO, CAS, and technology.
• Ensure compliance with Data Risk Management Standards and policies.
