We’re searching for a UK-based VP Commercial Operations to join our Operations team, so that we can truly align commercial operations across business operations and increase efficiency in doing so. The VP Commercial Operations will lead our end-to-end commercial operations to help drive our revenue growth with a holistic go-to-market strategy.

We’re searching for a UK-based VP Commercial Operations to join our Operations team, so that we can truly align commercial operations across business operations and increase efficiencies in doing so. The VP Commercial Operations will lead our end-to-end commercial operations to help drive our revenue growth with a holistic go-to-market strategy.
How You’ll Spend Your Time
Develop and execute an informed commercial operations strategy that empowers our teams to succeed in delivering measurable business outcomes
Manage the budget for the Commercial Operations function in order to enhance the team’s success while maximizing ROI
Lead sales operations, including territory planning, forecasting, and driving the CRM strategy, in order to ensure customer success with a unified revenue engine
Partner closely with the leadership team to improve the end-to-end customer journey and identify areas for growth and operational improvement
Drive continuous improvement through a data-driven approach in order to track performance with reporting tools and inform strategy
Build a team culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement to inspire a high-performing commercial operations team
What Kind of Things We’re Most Interested in You Having
Significant leadership experience in fostering a positive and high-performing team environment for commercial operations, sales enablement, finance or a related field
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence in a complex environment
In-depth understanding of Healthcare and SaaS business models to navigate multiple complex projects in this scope
Exceedingly proficient with using CRM platforms, like Salesforce, to enhance our success with customers
Expertise in translating analytics into actionable insights that steer business strategies
Sincere interest in using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making
A knack for working across cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment
