We’re searching for a UK-based VP of Commercial Operations to join our Operations team, to align commercial operations across the business and increase efficiency. The VP will lead our end-to-end commercial operations to drive revenue growth with a holistic go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute a commercial operations strategy that delivers measurable business outcomes.
2. Manage the budget for the Commercial Operations function to maximize ROI.
3. Lead sales operations, including territory planning, forecasting, and CRM strategy, to ensure customer success with a unified revenue engine.
4. Partner with leadership to improve the customer journey and identify growth opportunities.
5. Use data-driven approaches to track performance and inform strategy.
6. Build a high-performing, accountable, and innovative team culture.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in fostering high-performing teams in commercial operations, sales enablement, finance, or related fields.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Deep understanding of Healthcare and SaaS business models.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce.
• Ability to translate analytics into strategic insights.
• Interest in data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
