Job summary

Digital Science in the UK is seeking a visionary VP of Infrastructure Operations to lead the strategy, design and management of our cloud infrastructure (AWS and GCP). The role drives scalability, performance and security across production services to support rapid growth.

You will head cross-functional DevOps/SRE teams, manage key vendor relationships and ensure reliability, cost efficiency and disaster recovery alignment with our roadmaps and governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership of IT infrastructure with cloud focus.
• Experience managing multiple cloud operations teams across geographies.
• Knowledge of ISO frameworks and security/compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud infrastructure strategy, design and optimisation focusing on AWS and GCP.
• Oversee 24/7/365 operational stability and DR readiness.
• Manage vendor relationships and budget for infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate with Development, Product and Security teams to align roadmaps.
