Job summary

J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced Vice President to lead the Algo Product/Execution strategy within Electronic Trading in London.

The role focuses on shaping algo trading, liquidity analytics, and client-focused product solutions in a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You will analyse algo performance, guide product development, and educate clients and sales teams on capabilities, while partnering with Technology and Quant teams to drive enhancements in the electronic trading

Qualifications

Significant experience in Algorithmic Trading, Product Management, or Quantitative Trading.
Understanding of equities market structure and market microstructure.
Client-facing personality with strong communication skills.
Excellent technical and statistical skills; data sciences background preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain ongoing analysis of algo performance and opportunities for improvement.
Define and lead product management initiatives across the liquidity trading product spectrum.
Interact with clients to understand needs and offer J.P. Morgan’s product suite as well as bespoke solutions.
Produce in-depth analysis of product usage, client trends, trading performance, and revenues.
Leverage analytical skills to analyse large data sets and provide actionable results to drive product evolution and client usage.
Maintain knowledge of equities trading, market structure, and regulatory landscape.
Partner with teams to ensure product functionality is optimized and compliant.
