J.P. Morgan's Quantitative Trading & Research group in London is seeking an Analyst or Associate to design and implement algorithmic orders for clients on the trading floor.

You will work with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, back-test models, and optimize execution in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on building and applying low-latency tools and data-driven insights, supporting day-to-day operations and revenue growth in macro markets.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent/ quantitative field.
• Strong programming skills in Java/C++ or any other object-oriented languages.
• Oriented towards careful system design and implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for frequent interaction with Clients and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement algorithmic orders to execute on behalf of clients.
• Formulate, analyse and back-test strategies, models, and signals.
• Collaborate with technology to develop cutting-edge low-latency infrastructure that meets business needs in a scalable manner.
• Perform statistical analysis of algorithmic order execution to drive iterative improvements.
• Develop real-time and post-trade transaction cost analysis models to optimize the algorithmic execution.
