Dormont Manufacturing Co in Leeds is seeking a Volunteering Support role focused on expanding volunteering opportunities for students. The successful candidate will liaise with services and engage potential volunteers while managing a database of interested individuals.

This role will support the volunteering team to develop and expand volunteering opportunities in Yorkshire, primarily in the student population. You will liaise with services to find potential volunteer vacancies and educate staff about the value of volunteering. You will also engage with people interested in volunteering to ensure that everybody is offered a chance to volunteer with us. This role requires proficiency in information technology and confidence in using Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Word).
This role is a great opportunity for students to develop their people skills, and provides experience those interested in working in recruitment and outreach.
Ability to maintain professional boundaries, adhere to Waythrough policies and media guidelines, engage in supervision, and complete relevant training.
