Are you passionate about making a difference? Look no further! The Borgen Project is an international organization working at the political level to improve living conditions for those impacted by war, famine, and poverty.

With 20 years of advocacy experience, The Borgen Project has supported the passage of bills benefiting nearly 500 million people in developing countries.

Writer/Journalist Programme

This role involves content creation for BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog. It is a part-time, 12 hours per week, 12-week unpaid remote programme. If your availability is limited, you can work ahead to complete the programme sooner.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Article writing
  2. Researching topics
  3. Supporting advocacy efforts
  4. Assisting with fundraising by creating a personal campaign and meeting targets

Experience: No prior experience necessary. We seek passionate individuals eager to fight poverty, regardless of background or GPA.

Details: Unpaid programme; college credit may be available.

Start Date: New programmes start monthly; you may choose your start month.
