Job summary

The Inclusive Employment team at ECL runs the local authority funded LIVE Supported Employment programme, focusing on matching people facing barriers to work with volunteering, work experience or community roles through assessments and coaching. A full driving licence and vehicle are essential, and evening/weekend cover is required.

Applicants who need visa sponsorship cannot apply directly. The role involves working with partner organisations to deliver contracted targets and outcomes.

• Outstanding communication skills.
• Initiative and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end, person-centred support to people seeking volunteering or work outcomes.
• Complete community profile assessments.
• Provide support and/or job coaching.
• Work closely with organisations offering voluntary opportunities.
• Create pathways for customers and deliver outcomes in line with targets.
• Contribute to delivery of the LIVE Supported Employment programme.
