My client is a well-established, growing charity retailer. They currently have an exciting opportunity to join them as a Volunteer Engagement Manager, a newly created position.
The Volunteer Engagement Manager is a key part of the Retail management team, working closely with shop management and HR teams. Responsibilities include recruiting, organizing, and coordinating volunteers and the volunteer program, working with shop managers to develop skills, drive recruitment, improve retention, and ensure appropriate volunteer distribution across locations to support the charity's work.
