Surrey Wildlife Trust is seeking a proactive Volunteer & Communities Officer to support, develop and coordinate a network of volunteers, wardens and community groups across Surrey. • Support and develop our network of Voluntary Wardens, Friends Groups and volunteer leaders.
• Recruit, onboard and support volunteers, coordinate training and development opportunities.
• Deliver volunteer communications and maintain CRM data and safeguarding best practice.
• Lead or support weekend activities and evaluate participation.
