£23,600 pro rata / 36 hours per week (February - October), 21 hours per week (November - January) / Permanent

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Volunteer Co-Ordinator to support our team. Your hours will vary seasonally, with pay adjusted to ensure consistent annual income. More details can be discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities:

Supporting the Site Manager to identify volunteering opportunities, recruit and engage volunteers, and assist site teams in managing volunteers effectively.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to implement a communication plan
  • Confidence in engaging with diverse audiences
  • Strong networking and facilitation skills
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
