Job summary

Merlin Entertainments - People Hub in Basingstoke is seeking a Volume Recruitment Executive to drive high-volume seasonal recruitment across UK attractions. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, screening and onboarding, with daily stakeholder meetings to align activity and schedules.

Ideal candidates will have recruitment experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally high-volume or seasonal.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycles and onboarding processes.
• Experience handling multiple job requisitions and screening candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for volume roles.
• Screen, shortlist and progress candidates through to onboarding.
• Attend daily meetings with resorts/attractions to align recruitment activity.
• Schedule interviews and perform right-to-work checks.
