Cox Automotive's Manheim Vehicle Solutions workshop is seeking a Volkswagen Master Technician who thrives on solving complex faults and leading in the workshop. You will perform complex diagnostics, EV/high‑voltage work, and warranty repairs to manufacturer standards.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years' Volkswagen trained experience.
• Master / highest level Volkswagen training & qualifications (essential).
• EV & High Voltage certification (including battery removal and repair).
• Strong diagnostic capability across mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience following manufacturer warranty processes; ability to write clear job reports.
• Team mindset with the confidence to support others technically.
• Full UK driving licence (held 12+ months).
• Enjoy solving difficult faults as vehicles become more electrified.
• Take pride in doing the job properly, not rushing.

This role is for highly experienced Volkswagen technicians only.

You must have
