Job summary

Spectrum IT Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Infrastructure Engineer to join a busy technical team. You’ll troubleshoot network and VoIP issues, support Linux servers, deploy new customer solutions and keep critical infrastructure running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with customers, telecoms providers and technology partners, using Wireshark to investigate network traffic and diagnose faults. This is a varied, customer-facing role with opportunities to develop expertise across networking,

Qualifications

• Experience in network and SIP/VoIP environments.
• Hands-on Linux server support.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-facing skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot network and VoIP issues for customers.
• Support Linux servers and maintain uptime of critical infrastructure.
• Deploy new customer solutions and configurations.
