YMCA Thames Gateway Group is seeking a Voids Technician to deliver maintenance and refurbishment works across the North Region. You will ensure vacant properties are safe, compliant and ready for occupation within target timescales, with a focus on high standards of safety, workmanship and customer service.

The role is permanent full-time, working Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm with on-call requirements; some duties may extend beyond core hours, including weekends and bank holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Maintenance and refurbishment experience across void properties
• Health and safety focused with strong workmanship
• Customer service oriented and able to support wider Property Services operations

Responsabilités

• Deliver void maintenance and refurbishment works across the Association's portfolio in the North Region
• Ensure vacant accommodation is safe, compliant and ready for occupation within target timescales
• Support reactive repairs, compliance activities and organisational needs as required
