Responsibilities for this Voids Surveyor Gas Engineer will include:

1. Survey the void property and report back on what repairs need completing
2. Undertake the servicing, repairing, and maintenance of domestic heating systems
3. Complete works in accordance with specifications and gas safe regulations
4. Complete all relevant paperwork
5. Ensure customer satisfaction and safety
6. Participate in out-of-hours work, including overtime, call outs, etc.
7. Work according to operational procedures, safe working practices, and H&S procedures
8. Report all accidents, near-miss events, or potential hazards
9. Undertake all other maintenance works within remit
10. Work flexibly with a diverse range of customers

What we are looking for in our ideal Void Surveyor Gas Engineer:

1. Recognised formal training with relevant craft qualification, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
2. ACS Qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
3. LPG and UNVENTED qualifications are desirable
4. Understanding of gas legislation
5. Full driving license
6. Understanding of Health and Safety and best practices
7. Ability to manage own time and workload
8. Experience working with the public, demonstrating excellent customer service
9. Flexibility
