Morgan Sindall Property Services is recruiting a Voids Supervisor for the Basildon area, to lead a team and drive service standards across projects within time and budget constraints. The role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge and the ability to manage resources effectively.

You will work from the Basildon office, oversee multi-site voids work, and improve resident satisfaction through proactive planning and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 Construction Management qualification.
• CSCS card highly desirable and preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team within a project or defined work stream.
• Ensure service standards and KPIs are met within time and budget constraints.
• Resolve complaints and report to management with action plans.
