Are you a skilled leader passionate about making a tangible difference in the London Borough of Hackney? We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Voids and Disabled Adaptations Manager to lead our building maintenance teams. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind ensuring our properties are not just houses, but quality homes, by overseeing the seamless refurbishment of void properties and managing the delivery of essential disabled adaptations. This is a unique opportunity to shape service standards, champion innovation, and directly impact the lives of residents who need it most. We need someone who can hit the ground running, balancing project management with a deep commitment to resident-centric service, all while fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture within our dedicated teams.
