Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Void Supervisor to join its refurbishment and maintenance projects across domestic and commercial properties. You will oversee void refurbishment works, plan trades, and ensure quality and timeliness on multiple sites.

The role requires hands-on supervision, strong organisational skills, and good health and safety awareness. A valid UK driving licence and ability to travel between local sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising property voids or refurbishment projects.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance and general construction processes.
• Experience coordinating tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage workloads, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Experience carrying out quality inspections and identifying defects.
• Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Proactive, organised approach with problem-solving abilities.
• Full, valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and supervising property void refurbishment works.
• Planning, scheduling and coordinating tradespeople and subcontractors.
• Ensuring all works are completed within agreed timescales and to the required quality standards.
• Carrying out regular site visits and quality inspections.
• Identifying defects and ensuring remedial works are completed appropriately.
• Managing materials, labour and site resources effectively.
• Liaising with clients, contractors and internal management teams.
• Monitoring project progress and addressing issues that may affect delivery.
• Maintaining accurate site records, reports and project documentation.
• Ensuring all works comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Driving continuous improvements in workmanship, efficiency and service delivery.
