Job summary

Randstad Construction and Property seeks a qualified Multi-Skilled Trader with a focus on carpentry and plumbing to cover vacant domestic properties around Bracknell. You will perform a variety of maintenance tasks, ensuring refurbishments meet safety standards and letting guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.

You will need a valid UK driving licence and the ability to supply your own basic tools; the company provides a modern fleet, tablet and mobile phone where applicable,

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence is essential.
• NVQ Level 2/3 or City & Guilds in Carpentry or Plumbing.
• Experience in domestic maintenance or social housing preferred.
• Proven carpentry and plumbing competency with safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Carry out multi-trade maintenance and installation in vacant properties.
• Diagnose faults and provide right-first-time repairs to meet letting standards.
• Collaborate with housing teams to re-let properties quickly.
• Use tablet to log jobs and track progress; participate in callout rota.
