Job summary

RG Setsquare is recruiting two proactive Multi-Skilled Operatives to join the Empty Homes team, covering Ascot, Windsor, Reading, Slough and surrounding areas. You will prepare social housing properties for new tenants, ensuring homes are safe, functional and ready to re-let to a high standard.

Carry out maintenance across void properties, work with in-house trades and housing teams, and complete installations across multiple trades while meeting deadlines and upholding safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role within social housing or similar.
• City & Guilds or NVQ in a relevant trade preferred.
• Full UK driving licence required.
• Strong communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance and repair works across empty properties.
• Ensure properties are turned around to meet re-let deadlines.
• Work with in-house trades teams, subcontractors, housing and lettings teams.
• Install and repair across multiple trades (carpentry, plumbing, tiling, plastering).
