Job summary

Tristone Nash in Bracknell is seeking an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to join the Empty Homes team, covering vacant properties and carrying out repairs, carpentry and plumbing tasks across our housing stock.

You will work independently, manage your own workload and collaborate with colleagues to keep void turnaround times down. The role is full-time and permanent, 40 hours per week, with a company van provided and a salary up to £38,847.17 per year.

Qualifications

• Experienced in multi-trade repairs and property maintenance.
• Skilled in carpentry, plumbing and general maintenance.
• Comfortable diagnosing problems and planning additional works.
• Committed to health & safety and customer-focused workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repairs, maintenance and refurbishment in empty properties.
• Complete carpentry, plumbing and general multi-trade tasks.
• Identify additional repairs and resolve issues proactively.
• Undertake internal/external works including communal areas, fencing, gardens.
• Manage workload and work safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Collaborate with colleagues, contractors and supervisors to minimise void times.
• Ensure properties meet re-let standards and high customer service levels.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety throughout work.
