Job summary

Randstad Technologies Recruitment is seeking a Voice Services Developer for an enterprise voice development team in the UK. The role focuses on developing, testing, and maintaining SIP-based voice services using Java, with exposure to FreeSWITCH/Asterisk and cloud Speech APIs.

You will work in an Agile delivery unit, collaborating with architects, DevOps, and cross-functional teams to deploy AI-enabled voice solutions across multi-cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Professional Java experience including multi-threading and network programming.
• Hands-on scripting with FreeSWITCH or Asterisk.
• Deep knowledge of voice protocols SIP, RTP/RTCP, SDP.
• Experience with cloud speech APIs (AWS, Azure, GCP) and packet analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain SIP-based voice services in Java.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps and architects.
• Integrate Speech AI technologies across multi-cloud environments.
• Analyze network traffic to optimize performance.
