I am a disabled lady in my early 60s, living in Cowbridge. I live in my own home and need support at home and to pursue outside interests.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
I am looking to employ an additional personal assistant(s) to support me in all aspects of daily living, both inside and outside the home. This is to maintain my independence, support me when I am out and about socially, and sometimes accompany me to activities or appointments.
DRIVING
PA must be at least 25 years of age due to requirements of Motability Insurance.
HOURS OF WORK
32 - 40 hours per four-week pay period, to include weekend mornings on rotation. Times and other days to be agreed. Additional hours may be available occasionally.
RATES OF PAY
£12.50 per hour with additional pay for Bank Holidays worked.
HOLIDAYS
5.6 weeks per annum (pro-rata), inclusive of Bank Holidays.
TASKS CAN INCLUDE:
On days when I am not feeling well, I would need my PA to act independently in prioritising tasks for the day.
TYPE OF PERSON REQUIRED
Driving:
Must own a car, have a clean driving licence, and business class insurance. Mileage will be paid when using your own car during work.
