Job summary

Vodafone is seeking a Client Sales Manager, GSI, to accelerate growth in the UK Global Systems Integrator market. You will combine commercial acumen, relationship-building, and strategic thinking to drive meaningful growth across diverse teams.

You will lead strategic partnerships, manage complex negotiations, and maintain a robust pipeline while influencing senior stakeholders and shaping regional strategy for Vodafone’s UK business.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) or large corporate organisations in the UK market.
  • Proven track record of winning high-value sales opportunities and managing commercial negotiations.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead business conversations at C-suite level.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver sales strategies within the GSI ecosystem (sell-to, sell-with, sell-through).
  • Build strategic alliances creating long-term value for customers and Vodafone.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to pursue high-value opportunities and maximise win rates.
  • Manage a portfolio of GSI accounts and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Navigate large commercial negotiations and contracts (including deals > £1 million).
  • Drive revenue growth while balancing profitability and customer value.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline aligned to regional priorities.
  • Provide forecasting and insights for trading discussions.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Contribute to regional strategy and future direction of the business.

  • Develop and deliver innovative sales strategies focused on sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through opportunities within the GSI ecosystem.
  • Build and strengthen strategic alliances and partnerships that create long-term value for customers and the business.
  • Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to pursue high-value opportunities and maximise win rates.
  • Manage a portfolio of GSI accounts, identifying new growth opportunities and turning them into successful outcomes.
  • Navigate complex commercial negotiations and contracting arrangements, including large-scale deals exceeding £1 million.
  • Drive sustainable revenue growth while balancing profitability and customer value.
  • Maintain an accurate and healthy sales pipeline aligned to regional priorities and business objectives.
  • Provide clear forecasting and performance insights to support decision-making and trading discussions.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including executive-level decision makers.

Who you are
