Great opportunity to join a fantastic team within this well known International Multi-Channel Broadcaster in West London.

Operations Co-ordinator - VOD

My client is looking for someone with experience in VOD Content Operations at a coordinator level to join their team on a 12-month maternity cover starting early July.

Must live within commuting distance to West London - Hybrid role: 2 days in the office, 3 days WFH

The role requires excellent English written and spoken communication skills, as you will liaise with various internal and external departments.

Technical skills:

Experience in Content Operations and VOD

Solid understanding of XML, Metadata, different file formats, and workflows within broadcast.

Highly organized with excellent attention to detail!

Understanding of scheduling systems, preferably Provys or similar.

The Role:

Working within the Operations team, you will handle multiple aspects of linear and VOD Content Delivery, including localisation file delivery, FAST channel management, and VOD workflows.

• Manage VOD/FAST assets through various stages, including scheduling, media ordering, metadata creation, image creation, tracking, and performance updates.
• Coordinate with European studios for dubbing and subtitles delivery.
• Collaborate with planning teams on content selection and initiate workflows for video content processing, metadata, and images.
