Job summary

River Dart Academy, part of Wave Multi-Academy Trust, is recruiting a Vocational Instructor to deliver practical lessons and build transferable skills tailored to each learner, including pupils with SEND.

The post is term-time only at 32.5 hours per week, with an Enhanced DBS check and prohibition from teaching check where applicable. Start date is January 2027. You will create a calm, supportive learning environment and contribute to pupils achieving their potential.

The academy takes pupils whose school placements have broken down, helping them return to mainstream schooling or complete Year 11 on site, and the post is term time only at 32.5 hours a week. An Enhanced DBS check applies to all offers, and the start date is January 2027.
