Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting 2 experienced VNA Drivers on behalf of our client, a leading global logistics company based in Minworth, Birmingham. This is a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability and career progression after a successful trial. Duties include operating a VNA truck, picking/moving paper goods, loading/unloading deliveries, and maintaining safety standards, with Monday to Friday night shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous VNA driving experience and a valid VNA licence/certificate.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• HLOP experience is advantageous but not essential.
• Reliable, hardworking and able to work night shifts.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck safely and efficiently.
• Pick and move paper goods within the warehouse.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and health & safety.
• Support the warehouse team with general duties as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) truck safely and efficiently.
• Picking and moving paper goods within the warehouse.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy and health & safety.
• Supporting the warehouse team with general duties as required.

Requirements

• Previous VNA driving experience and a valid VNA licence/certificate.

• HLOP (High Level Order Picker) experience is advantageous but not essential.
