Job summary

Staffline in Northampton is seeking an experienced VNA Driver to join its warehouse operations on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining high safety and service standards.

The role requires previous warehouse experience, a valid FLT licence (VNA experience desirable), and the ability to work well in a team. Shifts are available to suit different schedules.

Responsibilities

• Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items.
• Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on warehouse equipment and work areas.
• Report and complete all relevant compliance documentation.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Support other departments when required to ensure operational efficiency
