Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics operates a Crick, Northamptonshire site (NN6 7GZ) and is seeking experienced VNA Operatives to join the warehouse team. The role focuses on picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch with strong safety and customer service standards.

We offer a stable, Monday-Friday schedule with shift options across early, late and night patterns. The team environment is supportive and professional with clear progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures.
• Experience using stock management systems.
• Valid FLT Licence (VNA experience desirable).

Responsibilities

• Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items.
• Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on warehouse equipment and work areas.
• Report and complete all relevant compliance documentation.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Support other departments when required to ensure operational efficiency.

About The Role

As a VNA Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and customer service.
