Job summary

Kinaxia Logistics Limited is hiring a VNA Operative at our Crick site (NN6 7GZ). You will handle picking, packing and stock preparation for dispatch with a focus on safety and service.

The role offers a stable Monday–Friday pattern with early or late shift options and comprehensive benefits. Experience with VNA is desirable and a valid FLT licence is required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Understanding of warehouse Health & Safety procedures.
• Experience using stock management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Complete all consignment paperwork accurately and on time.
• Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and missing items.
• Carry out daily and weekly safety checks on warehouse equipment and work areas.
• Report and complete all relevant compliance documentation.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards throughout the warehouse.
• Work safely and follow all Health & Safety procedures.
• Support other departments when required to ensure operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a VNA Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the warehouse. You'll be responsible for picking, packing, sorting and preparing stock for dispatch while maintaining exceptional standards of safety and customer service.
