Job summary

M&S in the United Kingdom seeks a Procurement Data & Governance Specialist to maintain supplier records in Ivalua, improve data quality and support governance through risk management, audits and reporting.

You will coordinate supplier onboarding, transitions and renewals, manage contracts and statements of work, and deliver benchmarking with Procurement and suppliers to inform decisions. Proficiency in Excel and data visualization is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier data governance and vendor master data.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with large datasets.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern supplier records in Ivalua, improving the accuracy, completeness and quality of vendor data.
• Support supplier governance by coordinating service credit validation, risk management, audits and key reporting.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, transition and replacement activity, and monitor contract renewals, sourcing activity and key milestones.
• Manage supplier documentation, including contracts, statements of work and supporting artefacts.
• Deliver supplier benchmarking and tiering activities, partnering with Partner Management, Procurement and suppliers to support informed decisions.
• You bring strong organisation skills and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfortable analysing large datasets, with a close eye for detail and a focus on data quality and governance.
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences and build effective working relationships.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Power BI, data visualisation or AI-enabled tools would be useful but is not essential.
• Curious, proactive and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
