Interaction Recruitment is seeking a reliable VMI Service Driver to support customer locations across South Wales, Bristol and surrounding areas. You will manage an assigned route, replenish stock using a company van, and maintain VMI areas to high standards.

This field-based role requires independence, strong customer service and the ability to work to agreed service levels, with full training and ongoing support provided by the regional team.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have a Full UK Driving Licence.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is desirable.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Visit customer sites to service and maintain Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as required.
• Use handheld scanning equipment to generate replenishment orders.
• Identify stock shortages, inventory discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain safe, organised, and professional VMI areas.
• Build positive working relationships with customer contacts.
• Report inventory concerns, customer feedback, and service issues to Sales and Operations teams.
• Manage daily schedules and routes efficiently while working independently.
• Ensure agreed service standards are maintained across all assigned locations.
• Support customers by resolving day-to-day inventory issues and escalating concerns where appropriate.
• Complete all required paperwork and system updates accurately and on time.
