The Compleat Food Group is seeking a VLAN Co-ordination Project Manager to lead network segmentation projects across the Group's multi-site estate in the UK. You will translate business requirements into deliverable network plans and ensure secure, scalable VLAN architectures with minimal disruption to daily operations.

You will coordinate technical teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders, manage cutovers and post-change validation, and drive delivery plans covering switching,

At The Compleat Food Group (TCFG), we’re continuing to invest in our IT landscape to support growth across our multi-site business. As part of this, we’re looking for a VLAN Co-ordination Project Manager to lead network segmentation and VLAN projects across the Group.

This is a key role within Central Services, focused on delivering consistent, secure, and well-structured network environments across all sites – with minimal disruption to day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading delivery of VLAN and network segmentation projects across multiple sites
• Coordinating implementation of VLAN structures aligned to Group standards
• Developing delivery plans covering switching, routing, addressing, and segmentation
• Acting as the key point of coordination between technical teams, business stakeholders, and third-party suppliers
• Translating technical network requirements into structured, deliverable plans
• Managing cutover activities, including downtime windows, rollback planning, and post-change validation
• Ensuring consistency of VLAN schemas and alignment with network architecture
• Managing risks, RAID logs, and governance throughout delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering IT or network-related projects
• Good understanding of VLANs, network segmentation, and switching concepts
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience coordinating technical teams and multiple workstreams
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have:

• Experience with network transformations or site rollouts
• Background in FMCG or multi-site environments
• Understanding of WAN, firewalls, or cloud networking
• PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification
